Please note that most of the MIDI files have a rest and a 'dummy note' at the end (to allow the sound to die away on systems which would otherwise cut it off). If you wish to print off parts, you should remove this.

While you may perform any of these works without charge or restriction, I would request that you inform me of any public performance.
